TDSG, LLC, doing business as The Dairy Solutions Group, is pleased to announce it has finalized an agreement to acquire Performance Dairy Service (PDS), a long-time provider of dairy services and equipment based in Tulare, California.
The addition of PDS will enhance TDSG’s geographical reach and strengthen the growing dealership’s ability to help producers increase farm productivity, improve overall herd health and promote sustainable food production through the integration of technology, equipment, strategic expertise and facility services.

Performance Dairy Service employees will continue to operate under the PDS banner and serve their existing customer base as the leadership teams work through the transition. The founder and owner of Performance Dairy Service, Robert Leal, will continue with the new company for a period of time, as both parties recognize the importance of maintaining existing customer relationships and ensuring a smooth ownership transition.

PDS has served and partnered with dairy operations of all sizes throughout central California since 1999. The company, which employs a highly trained group of service and installation technicians, is also an authorized Delaval dealer and offers the latest in milking equipment technology.
