Roto-Mix LLC, a Kansas-based manufacturer of livestock feeding, mixing and manure-handling equipment, has announced a change in ownership that places the company and Laird MFG. LLC under common management.
Isakow Holdings will now own and manage both companies, bringing two established equipment manufacturers together under a single ownership structure.
Founded in 1984 in Dodge City, Kan., Roto-Mix designs and manufactures mixer wagons, feeding systems, manure spreaders and compost-mixing equipment used by cattle and dairy producers. The company has expanded its operations over the years, adding manufacturing facilities in Kansas and Washington. It also supports customers through a dealer network that spans the United States and international markets.
Company officials said the ownership change will support continued investment in product development and operational efficiency. They emphasized that the transition will not alter the company’s focus on equipment reliability or customer service.
Roto-Mix said customers of both brands should expect continuity in product support as the companies move forward under shared management. The new structure, company officials noted, is intended to strengthen long-term stability while maintaining the standards producers have come to rely on.
