National Mastitis Council Annual Meeting, January 29-February 1, 2019

January 29, 2019 @ 12:00 am - February 1, 2019 @ 11:00 pm

MEETING OVERVIEW

WELCOME TO SAVANNAH, GEORGIA!

The National Mastitis Council heads to Savannah, Ga., for the first time to hold its 58th annual meeting, Jan. 29‐Feb 1, 2019. Savannah, a coastal Georgia city, is separated from South Carolina by the Savannah River. The city is known for its manicured parks, horse‐drawn carriages and antebellum architecture. Its historic district is filled with cobblestoned squares and parks, such as Forsyth Park, which is shaded by oak trees covered with Spanish moss. The conference is being held at the Savannah Marriott Riverfront.

NMC’s annual meeting is designed for all individuals interested in mastitis control, quality milk production and udder health. Attendees come from around the world and include veterinarians, dairy producers, researchers, extension specialists, industry suppliers, dairy processor field representatives, regulatory officials, teachers and students. The meeting features world-renowned presenters who will address a variety of milk quality production principles and offer hands-on strategies to improve udder health.

(Please note, only this page has been updated for the 2019 meeting. Further updates will be provided soon.)
