PLEASE NOTE: Due to contractual obligations, the 2018 meeting goes back to the Wednesday night welcome reception, Thursday – Friday pre-conference symposium, general and breakout sessions. The new format (Tuesday night welcome reception, Wednesday – Thursday pre-conference symposium, general and breakout sessions) will resume in 2019 and beyond.
